「The staff was very friendly at check in and allowed us to check in early. The room was clean and large with a good location in the city. They also held our luggage for a day while we did a hike into Colca Canyon. I desperately wanted to shower when we got back from the hike as we were headed on an overnight bus. I offered to pay to use a shower and be able to do this, but This they would not accommodate. I understand it may not be a normal request, but it would have been very nice!」

「Le mobilier extérieur offrait différents niveaux d'ensoleillement et de confort. Fauteuils, divans, chaises longues etc. La terrasse pour le déjeuner (petit déjeuner pour les français) était magnifique avec vue sur les monts enneigés. L'établissement a été rénové mais à quelques endroits les murs et les plafonds fendillent ou la peinture boursoufle. Ils devraient pouvoir corriger cela par un entretien continu.」

「We checked into another hotel near the airport and but were fortunate to be able flee to this one. Small and centrally located, with very clean rooms. Comfortable beds, hot shower, great Sunday breakfast. I recommend this small but nice hotel. The only downside for some could be no elevator. We were on the third floor but not a problem for us. 」

「The staff was kind and helpful. We arrived at 5.30 and they offered us a room of half price to settle down. They took care of your needs. Breakfast was good. The premises was big and beautiful. Most importantly, the main entrance was always locked and monitored by a CCTV.」
