Overall, our stay was good. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lovely lady on reception. The rooms were ok. Limited choices for breakfast. A bit out of a way out of the main town of San Ignacio, so would be better with a car. Overall, I would recommend this hotel based on the price ...

Amazing experience! Our hosts helped us to know where to park and made a beautiful fresh breakfast every day. We loved sitting on the porch and laying in the hammock, and we loved seeing some local wildlife too! I would highly recommend staying here!

The cabin was pleasant, had basic necessities. I deducted two stars because there was absolutely NO COMMUNICATION from the host. The site said there would be no one present at check in and directions would be sent prior to arrival. I heard nothing, even after reaching out multiple times. I was concerned ...
