"Pros: They had a shuttle service that went to the town center every hour, which was convenient. The transportation service to the airport arranged by the hotel was good. Hotel restaurant had a good selection of dinner menu. Cons: The service was ok for a five star hotel. The room we got was very basic, and was very close to the hotel restaurant and the restaurant had very loud music playing during dinner time around 8-9PM, the walls are not soundproof at all. We had to call the front desk to ask them to lower the volume. They should have considered this and not have rooms this close to the restaurant. They did not provide bottled water in room, only refillable glass bottles, which would be OK if they had better water filling machines. You have to refill it yourself at the water fountain in the lobby, but the one they had was more for home use which was very small and slow. "
