We have stayed at this hotel previously. The Staff are very friendly and Helpful. The Hotel has more than ample facilities and is just a short walk (3-4 minutes) from the Vibrant Santa Cruz Village centre. Loved our stay and would recommend this Hotel anytime. To all the Staff….Obrigado⭐️

The room and bathroom was large and clean. It was quiet and very comfortable. We had good parking the basement, and the breakfast (included with our room) was excellent. It included a wide variety of items - fruits, numerous pastries, omelets or eggs cooked to order, etc. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place, should have stayed longer!

We stayed one night before our very early flight home to Edinburgh. The hotel was great, the staff lovely and very helpful. Santa Cruz is also a nice village and we wished we’d stayed a little longer. We had the afternoon, walked around the village a bit, chilled in the pool. They booked a taxi for us which was on the meter so not over priced and provided a takeaway breakfast.

Great weeks stay. Breakfast was large and lots of choice. Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. There was a bus stop one minute away to get to the city or other areas and very efficient and reasonable. They run quite late. there is an express bus to Funchal that misses all the little stops that is worth knowing about as it's only 20 minutes. Pool was clean, although not heated so couldn't utilise it as much as I had hoped to, although I imagine most of the year it's not needed. Great views of the planes too. Would highly recommend.

Beste keuze nabij luchthaven

Op 5 min met taxi tot luchthaven. Ondanks ligging toch rustig in kamer.
