"The only thing I loved was the lake view, there was mold on the ceiling, the bed sheets were not cleaned, the restroom walls were broke in the torlet looked like a kindergarten class torlet, and the room next door room had 3 kids screaming and sounded like they were tearing up that room, we went to the restaurant to eat set 30 minutes no body came to take our orders we went to another restaurant and ate, the next morning there was no attend to check us out so we left the key on the desk. we...

"The location is truly relaxing and the waterfalls are beautiful, but several issues ruined the experience. The road to get there was in terrible condition, the pool was empty during our entire stay, and the Wi-Fi never worked. Also, be aware that if it rains, there is absolutely nothing to do. It’s a lovely spot in theory, but the lack of basic amenities and the difficult access made it a frustrating trip."
