「We contacted hotel day before. They told us they would pick us up at the airport. When we landed we had no response via WhatsApp. We took a taxi to hotel. No one was there. We had to bag on doors to get a sleeping women to get up. She didn't know what was happening. She walked us down a street and opened a door to a small clammy apartment and left us there. It was like we were squatting. She told us we needed to take a taxi to airport the next day, no shuttle. We left at 8am. Never saw...

「The room was dated, mold all over the bathroom. For the price we cannot complain. The bed was comfy but had no blanket, we where provided a twin blanket for a king bed. It is a private residence with no signs to indicate a hotel. The owner was so kind and met us outside when we were completely lost. 」

「I had a great experience staying at Hotel Martell in San Pedro Sula. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my stay. They even helped arrange my transportation to the airport, which made my travel day much easier. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and a great way to start the day.
