"Unbelievably beautiful property among the redwoods, adorable red cottage next to a creek! I can't wait to go back. I've told all my friends about this place, and if I was not such an oldie (over 50), I would definitely do an Instagram about it! Charming, quiet and lovely place to stay."

"This property is just what you need if you are looking for a peaceful place to escape to in the mountains. The host was very friendly and helpful. The chickens were adorable. And the view was breathtaking. We would definitely come back for another stay."

"The staff was friendly and helpful, and even pointed out where we could get filtered water near the day spa.
While the hotel does not have direct views of the beach, upon request they changed our room to one with a beach boardwalk "peek" view. The room was impeccably clean.
The only downside was the room did smell like chemical cleaning agents when we arrived, but we opened the windows and let it air out while we were out to dinner, and it was just fine upon our return.
Thank you Andrea and the rest of the staff!"
"Extreeeemely comfy king size bed, bedding and pillows. Quiet at nite (pool facing room fairly loud w happy children during the day). Nice variety at breakfast of eggs, delicious oatmeal, and yogurt for our vegetarian diet. Really long, dark hallways to rooms were slightly off-putting. Upwards of $20 per day fee (plus tips) for valet parking was a drag, but I guess that’s convenience."
"The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The mobility accessible room was good with a nice view on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately the room had carpeting that made it hard to maneuver. The hallways were also carpeted. The overall impression was that the hotel had seen better days. There was a parking fee for $18 a night, no free breakfast and access to most premium channels was only if you could recall your login from home!
Also, the bed was quite soft but beddings were clean and crisp. The lovely wide window would only open a few inches- for safety I suppose though on the 3rd floor overly cautious I think."

"Room was clean, parking is a little tight but doable even with my big crew cab diesel truck. Great location less than 5 min walk to the pier and boardwalk. Nice little cafe right across the street for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again."
