"Got complimentary wine; sparkling and filtered water; candy corn andd taffy from marianis; nespresso with selection of coffee as well as a smart tea pot set to stay hot and selection of tea Room was immaculate and decorated so pretty had the partial ocen view with balcony nice comphy chairs and table tl sit and enjoy coffee/tea in mornings could even hear the waves crashing for the most part since our side street was not as busy in morning!! Great places to eat near by but we actually enjoyed breakfast at hotel twice and food by pool both days everything delicious and fresh…the day beds with unbrellas are amazing overlooking the beach. Well every lounge chair actually has umbrella much appreciated for the hot days previously…just wanted to hang out by pool generally in shade Everyone attending to us was so friendly accomodating and welcoming I was amazes at their choices of cold pressed juice offered daily and avocado toast in the morning…generally difficult to find my food choices readily available for vacation"

"Upon arriving at 10pm at night with my two young children, it was a very apparent that this motel was not a safe or peaceful place for us to stay. Our upstairs neighbors made noise and sounded like they were moving the furniture around all night long, the room had smelled like it had been hot boxed with smoke and in the morning there was no hot water available even after running it for over 30 minutes. The management staff was incredibly unhelpful, and even though we only stayed one night they refused to refund us for unused portion of our stay. This place is not only completely made up of scammers, but there were tweakers roaming the property all morning as well. Do not stay here. "

"Not only was the room dirty, staff unhelpful, location was terrible, no outdoor space, and no parking for us. Location would have been good if there wasn’t a shooting 30 feet from us while exploring the famous pier. Just skip this place."

"The place was okay. The pool was closed even when it said it would be open at 8am. The staff were nice. My view from the window was a parking lot. The parking kind of sucks and you have to pay. I had to pay 20 dollars. "

"Good place in Santa Cruz. The pool and breakfast was nice. The boardwalk is about 15-20 mins walk but accessible. It’s valet parking only but the staff were friendly and fast."
