Santa Catalina

「Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. 」

It’s a one stop deal and it did its purpose overall. Bring your own everything as the toiletries are very limited. Last but not least it’s right next to a funeral home. Enjoy!」

We included photos as evidence. 4. The...

「The location and balcony are excellent, but I would suggest that the bathroom needs to be renovated.」

「Great ac lovely staff helped when needed had all the supplies that was needed would definitely be back thank you」
