Peccato che Hotels.com non l’abbia informata della prenotazione e pertanto, al nostro arrivo, le stanze non erano pronte ed abbiamo perso un’ora attendendole. Nonostante questo, si è attivata subito. Inoltre l’indirizzo di Hotels.com era sbagliato, se non fosse per questi disagi sarebbe stato tutto perfetto. 「Very strange and mixed experience. Arrived around 17h to check-in, and there was nobody working in reception. After waiting about 10 minutes and texting the number posted on the wall a lady showed up who didn't seem to speak english or much italian and just handed me a key. I was wondering what would happen at check-out the next morning since I left early, but had opposite experience. A very kind gentleman insisted on offering breakfast (even though it wasn't posted until later) and was warm and...
