The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and it was defiantly service with a smile. "easy to find ..in a multi business retail and office complex..not in the center of town with large parking lot. Easy walk into the historical center of the old town. Friendly staff, clean lobby, and clean, basic comfortable room (actually at one time I think it was a holiday inn) excellent Neapolitan restaurant in same complex. "
