"La pulizia della camera non era eccezionale al nostro arrivo, e purtroppo basta un pomeriggio di domenica di pioggia per mandare un po' in tilt la situazione. Alle ore 14.40/15 impossibile mangiare nella struttura (ristorante chiuso, minimarket chiuso, bar senza prodotti salati) ed impossibile anche recuperare un ombrello se ne sei sprovvisto. "This place is a beautiful oasis in the middle of the city. The property has gorgeous landscaping all throughout the place. There is an awesome pool and a trampoline. Patio area to chill at and the rooms are in great condition. Set up like an apartment with a full kitchen. "We had a great stay at this fantastic hotel. Stayed in the separate building and arrived late, I was worried that the late check I would not be easy but it was. We were sent a great video of how the find the other building, everything worked perfectly. The room was lovely, comfy beds and a good shower. Location was ideal for exploring Pisa. Thoroughly recommend this lovely hotel with really helpful and friendly staff."

"Beautiful views of Leaning Tower. 5 minute walk to the church and tower. Very festive street but not crazy bars. Great dining and views from the roof and street. Very clean. The host who checked us in was absolutely fantastic. Only had reserved for a night but had we known we would have booked longer. My only criticism is the halls were very dark. Anyone staying here would not be dissatisfied. "

"There wereno pla es to oark and I have a disability. No one to help with luggage. Had to park 2 blocks away.The room ,decor, and paint in the room looked like original . No shampoo or soap in the BR. After I got my luggage to the first floor which would be our 2nd they locked off the lift to the first floor. My room had a small veranda but the door was looked and not accessible probably because broken window out there. The air conditioning was wonderful. I moved to a new place the next day."
