Great "city" hotel. It is really close to the west end and sunset strip. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. The only downside would be the lack of parking.

Appartsmento molto bello e spazioso dotato di tutti i confort, aria condizionata e cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario, ogni due giorni pulizia e cambio asciugamani. Posizione ottma, vicinissimo alla spiaggia più bella di Sant Antony Stazione pullman a 12 minuti a piedi. La Signora alla reception gentilissima, ci ha prestato l'ombrellone, tenuto i bagagli e lasciato gli asciugamani da doccia il giorno della partenza.

We can recommend El Moro Apartamentos due to professional contact in spanish, english or german language. Always friendly service, spacious rooms, some of them with sea view, lots of store room for suitcase or personal stuff, cleaning every day, el Moro Apartments guarantee great vacation due to perfect service. Nice Restaurant in the Apartementos Complex, nice grill with fresh meats and great seafood , For sure we will choose again EL MORO APARTAMENTOS. Five stars for the rooms and the service and the restaurant as well!!

Struttura: ottima posizione sia per parcheggi gratuiti sia per ristoranti e anche perché lontano dal caos del centro di San Antonio. Appartamento grande con bellissima vista sulla spiaggia che dista 40 metri, bagno un po’ vecchio da ristrutturare. Cambio asciugamani giornaliero, ma non pulizie comunque appartamento fornito di mocio e scopa per pulizie fai da te. Nel complesso buono ci tornerei.

Pleasant stay

It is an apartment building but they have 24-hour reception service. I arrived very late after mid night and was able to check in smoothly. The staff there were all really friendly and helpful - all the requests I asked, they were able to accommodate fast. I really liked the staff here! The sound proof might not be ideal because I can hear people from other flat rooms moved around (only when they did it heavily) and moved the tables and desks etc., but this should not bother that much since most of people go to Ibiza to enjoy the beach and party time rather than staying in the room all the time...

Very friendly service, nice standard rooms and nice location. Didn't have any faults, bar the fact it's a 10/15min walk to the main part of San Antonio; although this isn't the hotels fault. Would recommend to others.

Apartmenthotel mit Abstrichen

Lage ist gut. Apartments sind gut geschnitten und bieten in der "Premium"-Kateg. zumind.im 6.Stock eine nette Aussicht. Innenausstattung ist nicht zufriedenstellend für den Preis von € 185 ohne Verpflegung. Bad ist heruntergekommen, aber einigermaßen sauber und akzeptabel. Zwei Wasserhähne (warm/kalt) sind unverständlich. Wasserdruck war furchtbar gering. Ablagemöglichkeiten gibt es zu wenig, keine aktive Belüftung sondern nur Luftzirkulation über Außenschacht, dadurch feuchtwarme Luft. Recht eng. Gang mit Schränken und viel Ablagefläche ok. Sehr schlechte Beleuchtung. Küche war im ersten Zimmer vor unserem Wechsel in ein anderes eher camping-mäßig. Das Geschirr war dreckig und die Küche auch nicht unbedingt sauber. Couch im Wohnzimmer schaut recht billig aus, war aber sehr bequem. Fernseher kann man vergessen, ist das billigste vom billigsten. Sehr schlechte Tonqualität. Balkon war recht geräumig, hatte aber keine Außenbeleuchtung. Es ist aber trotzdem durch die Umgebung recht hell, hat also gereicht. Wir haben uns eine billige 5 Euro Ikealampe mit Verlängerungskabel, welches uns gebracht wurde, beholfen. Bett war soweit bequem, die Kissen: naja. Die Apartments sind seeeehr hellhörig, man hört im 6.Stock permanent den Aufzug und die Türen dröhnen. Da Ibiza aber toll ist, hat das Apartment nicht unseren Urlaub betrübt. Nochmals würde ich aber nicht dorthin gehen, außer für € 80 die Nacht, mehr ist das Haus nicht wert.

+ Very friendly and helpful staff ( they are react immediately) + Nice view to the sea with sunset. + A lot of good restaurants and shops around including big supermarkets. + A lot of parking possibilities around with a reasonable distance. - The air condition is only in the living room, not in the bedroom. - very popular for the UK teenagers who might be a very noise.

Apartamento reformado , solo queda un poco viejo el lavabo, pero en general miy bien! La atencio de la mujer de recepcion muy buena y muy atenta con todo, de bajo hay un restaurante e incluso se ofrecio a llevarnos la comida arriba! Por la zona hay aparcamiento y a un lado tiene el mar!

Parfait pour la famille

Cet hôtel est tout simplement exceptionnel. L'espace et l'équipement étonnent agréablement et apportent un confort qui répondent aux attentes d'une famille. Les commodités sont à portée de main, tout comme la plage à moins de 200m. Cet hôtel possède au rdc son propre restaurant/bar et un petit magasin d'alimentation générale + souvenirs + accessoires de plage. Nous avons eu un coup de coeur pour l'accueil et l'extrême amabilité du personnel. De l'employé à la gérante, le respect, la gentillesse et le sourire sont d'un naturel. En bref, on s'est senti mieux que chez nous. Un mémorable merci à eux et ce superbe hôtel pour avoir fait de nos vacances à Ibiza un instant de détente en famille.
