「Convenient location for shopping and dining.」

「My flight was delayed and I had to check in late (at around 21:00). I had noticed the owner in advance and he was so kind and waited until I come before he was off the duty. Good customer service.」

「The location is decent—quite close to the city centre, and parking is convenient. The interior is fairly average, and the overall value for money is just so-so.」

「The water pressure in the shower was very low and shower therefore not enjoyable. The unit was not very clean eg you could write your name in the dust on top of the microwave. In saying that, the reception staff were lovely and we had a fun stay in Palmerston North」
