The room was nice and clean. Check in was quick and easy. Plenty of light, especially in bathroom for make up. Big mirror for outfit checks. The bed was really comfortable. I didn’t gamble or drink there so no opinion on that but otherwise a great place to stay on the strip

Our room was very cool , and needing some dusting . I could see the dust on the glass tables and baseboards. The hotel itself is beautiful though. Staff very friendly and helpful! Truely enjoyed our stay .

Our stay at the Palazzo was amazing! Since we used OneKey tests we got early check in, $20 credit towards drinks and $25 credit for gambling. The room was comfortable and spacious. Everything was really nice and clean. We loved our stay. Thank you Expedia!

Staff was friendly and attentive throughout the property other than the pool. Servers were scarce and took over an hour to gets chips and guac. The bartenders were great though and made up for the servers.
