「飯店的清潔需加強」

「Had some issues with the self check-in because my room wasn't ready in time, but once that was sorted out, everything was great. The apartment had everything we needed and was very nice!」

「need take 10 mins from hotel to town, so the price is cheaper a bit. But the view of the hotel is great. Small pier is in the front of the hotel, guest could enjoy the sunrise and sunset there.」

「The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. It had a nice patio to enjoy sitting outdoors. There is a fitness room with a game room/family room gathering area in the basement. The washer and dryer was quite convenient for our stay as well. There are bicycles available at the property to use as well. We would definitely stay again! The king beds in each room were an added bonus!」

「前台的接待女士态度很好，很专业，很和蔼，给人亲近的感觉，主动介绍周边的情况，并给出了出行的建议。房间很干净，面积不大。房间没有冷气，天气热，只能开窗，又是临街，汽车的声音很大。wifi速度很慢，不如直接用4G来的快。」

「Good location within walking distance of aldstadt. Reasonable room and facilities but not an apartment with the normal cooking options. Supermarket close by but eating and drinking options limited in immediate vicinity. 」

「Fascinating historic building and street and great location for walking to the old city, Mirabelle Palace, restaurants, and nature trails. We loved the view of the fortress from the rooftop terrace. Note that there are shared washing machines but no dryer. There is a large drying rack. We loved the touches of stone peeking out throughout the building. Quiet street given how handy it is to everything. 」

「Apartment on the ground floor. 3 equal size Bedrooms. Only 1 bedroom had a window. Not enough cutlery for 5 guests. Living room could use more seating options. Apartment had 2 WC. Paid parking nearby. Short walk to the city centre.」

「酒店設施普通，因為gym room和spa只提供到1晚上10點，所以很多時不能享用服務。但因為近車站，所以玩完一整天都仍能在火車站的超市補充物資，或購買平價的咖啡，酒店旁又有McDonald's，加上又近電車站總站，交通非常方便。但酒店的設施比較殘舊，垃圾桶有發現生鏽，比較難開關，淋浴缸企位有污穢，廁所抽氣慢，隔1小時才抽走真味，同時房間不知為個傳出辣椒味。」
