"We were greeted by Barbara several hours before the official check-in and were allowed to store our lugage in the room. Our room appeared newly renovated with a really nice ambience (room 1 at the Ground Level). The kitchenette was Well equipped and the bathroom were great as Well. We ordered breakfast to be delivered next morning. And what a treat! Bled breakfast delivered a basket with loads of local specialities like yoghurt, cheese, saugases and bread - the best breakfast we have ever had....

The apartment is only a five minute walk to a wine bar, small grocer, and a small area where a lot of people were swimming and lying out, and where you can take a boat to the island for 20Euro. "Reception staff were outstanding. A couple of minor points were no desks on the room, having a low table made any kind of computer work difficult. Also at Breakfast two thing were irritating, the porridge was dreadful, you should have a bowl of porridge not a slice and they often ran out of thins at the weekend and did not replace them fruit for cereal being the most obvious. Overall though really impressed and now my favoured hotel chain in Austria."

"Location was central. Room was clean and easy to get to (lift access). Breakfast was good, starts at 7am and can get a little crowded. Room had everything it needed and beautiful view from the balcony. Good storage space too although there seemed to be a central cooling system, so it got a bit hot at night."

"We only stayed one night but after being here I wish we had a chance to extend the trip. The hotel was amazing. The staff were all so kind and helpful and I couldn’t get over how incredible the views were. This exceeded any expectations I had!!! "Very clean room and comfortable bed, spacious room with balcony. Pool area really nice and very spacious with lots of different pools/slide. Really good location, very close to lake and easy to walk to lots of central things in Bled. Air conditioning covered by metal grate and pointing towards windows of room therefore limiting effectiveness. Food quite underwhelming and felt like quantity rather than quality."
