Stunning hotel and stay

This is a suburb hotel, extremely well run with stunning food with nature all around you. I stay in lots of hotels all across the world and this one is something really special. It was my second visit and I’ll certainly be back again. Keep up the amazing work!

Superb breakfast but not so impressed overall.

Well, just booked a standard room at sportbacken. 500m walk from the main building, okej. Pretty expensive compared to other hotels with higher standards for the ”same category” of room, nothing speciell. Expected more for the money Breakfast was superb, very nice. Flatbread pizza in the Bistro was pretty booring. Had a long black straw of hair in the shower and found half of an old grape by the tv control :(

Excellent hotel!

Excellent foods as usual. Unfortunately the restaurant was fully booked this time so we had bad meals which was very good also. I always stay at this hotel whenever I come to Sandviken.

Fantastic hotel!

For conditions I have to put one star less but overall it is a fantastic Hotel and one of my favourite hotel. Currently they are renovating the hotel so a bit of building works. Still - excellent food/service/spotless clean - a lovely stay as always.

Fantastisk frukost! Genomtänkt hållbar helhet i vacker omgivning nära naturen med möjlighet till olika uteaktiviteter för alla, från barn till äldre som har tid att njuta & må gott i den fina miljön. Gymmet har utvecklingspotential, inte minst med tanke på att vädret inte går att påverka. Butikerna & hantverkarna i området ett extra plus i & för helhetsintrycket som gör att vi gärna återkommer.

Werkelijk een fantastisch hotel met een geweldige culinaire keuken. Kamer was prima en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ontbijt was overweldigend en het personeel zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het complex ligt in een prachtige omgeving met veel sportieve mogelijkheden. We hebben genoten en kunnen dit ten zeerste aanraden. Wel aan de prijs maar daar krijg je dan ook wat voor.

Mycket bra service och kvalitet på det mesta samt mycket att göra i området runt Högbo Brukshotell. Enda plumpen var att frukosten - trots att den var riktigt god och varierad - var alltför rörigt organiserad, dvs alltför trångt och delvis ologisk placering av de olika delarna av frukostbuffén. Matsal och kök borde kunna organiseras bättre för att hantera frukost för många gäster samtidigt eller så bör tidsbokning av frukost införas så det är färre gäster samtidigt.

Jättegod frukost, jättefint område och överlag bra rum på Stallbacken. Rummet känns litet om man är tre pers och behöver använda extra sängen, samt jätteäckligt vatten. Extremt få papperskorgar/soptunnor på området (typ inga) vilket försvårar det för hundägare som ska slänga bajspåsar :(
