「Everything is perfect! Staffs are friendly and helpful! Great hospitality!」

「The staff upon check in was disinterested, hard to hear, and didn't provide a lot of information on the property. The room was beautiful but there were cobwebs in the light fixtures and deer head hanging over the fireplace. There was water damage in the drop down ceiling tiles and when brought to property's attention they entered a work order but gave no concessions due to presenting such shabby bathroom accomodations.
