「definitely did not get the memo on the front desk closing at eight or 8:30 PM which I guess is typical of Vail Valley. Learned something new! I definitely had a very unfortunate check in experience and was not very happy to be searching for the key for 45 minutes and was not given the option for a luggage cart.
