「Very helpful and cheerful staff, clean and tidy swimming pool facilities. Nearby parking lots and 5 mins walk to the beach. Good place to stay.」

「The location of the cottage is excellent, right next to the river Esk and on a very quiet holiday park (in April anyway). There is an amazing viaduct over the river where there is bungy jumping every couple of weeks during the summer and you can walk over it into Whitby which is only 30 mins away on foot. 「Really lovely beachfront property with a balcony over the beach. Check in was easy as was parking and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. It’s a great location and the apartments are really nice. Would recommend.」

「We travelled by train, trasped with our heavy suitcase through the pouring rain to the hotel and asked, not for an early check-in, we were a good three hours early, just simply for somewhere to leave our case so that we could go out and explore. It was a resounding no. Consequently, we didn't spend another penny, not even a drink at the bar. A massive hotel like that and they can't even provide a room for luggage until check-in. Please don't bother replying with an excuse because there...
