"This property is not business friendly. The wi-fi band is too weak to run the TV's better yet your lap top. The walls and floors are so thin the tenant under our room was complaining about my 2 year old daughter walking across the floor. This whole place sucks for the money they charge per room."

"This is a unique property hidden in an area of North West Houston. Clearly an event venue that is also a BnB. I did not eat at the restaurant and just had an overnight stay but the staff was lovely and the room was clean. The only hiccup was upon returning to the venue at 11:30pm all gates were closed and I had to call the website number to have security open the gate for me. I had been told two gates would be open but none were. I was glad the staff answered because it is not a traditional front desk environment. I would definitely stay again."

"The pool wasn’t heated for our stay in March, which we had planned to use. One of the main reasons for booking. We have stayed here before, and The forgot to mention, we didn’t want a room over the roof and outside air conditioning unit. So it was noisy! On Monday morning, there was a lady with 4 boys who came in from outside and over took the breakfast, piling food and breakfast sandwiches on extra plates. She completely wiped out some food stations with extra plates. When they finished their meal they walked back out the front door with all the extra plates. I also found it odd that they don’t use tap for cards. I love the room setup and kitchen and the ladies who run the breakfast are outstanding! "
