"Great welcome and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great selection at breakfast. Clean quiet comfy large room. Really enjoyed sharing an Ifta buffet. The pool was roomy and very much appreciated. "

"Room clean and insect free. However fixtures and fittings tired and old and generally in need of attention/refurbishment. Pool looked amazing, but i didn't have time to try it out."

"You get what you pay for. This was a budget hotel for us backpacking around Malaysia. It had what we needed. The air con remote didn’t work but the kind start replaced it for us. We got a room clean aswell after the first night. The staff are lovely. Only downside was cockroaches coming up the toilet drain but not sure how this could be prevented maybe a stopper at the top of the drain? We got rid of them with room bug spray."

"Wonderful! Credits to Hannah and Winnah who were so caring from checkin to our departure! We lost our luggage and they were so caring. Working with the airport staff and asking for updates and when we finally got the luggage back, they were so helpful and checked in with us to make sure we were okay! They also gave us great recommendations on where to buy the essentials when we got there without our luggage and we also wanted to mention the restaurant staff was very attentive as well. Thank you so much for the care and we can't wait to visit again! "

"Phone didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it. Offered us another room. AC didn’t work and had to be reset. Room safe didn’t work and had to be fixed with new batteries. The safe was not set of bolted down and anyone could have walked away with the safe."

"The room, bedding and toiletries were clean. The staff was courteous. Food provided was good. WiFi access was restricted to the common area."
