Nestled at the foot of Mt. Rokko, this charming city offers peaceful walks through Taki Forest Park and traditional sake tasting at local breweries. Explore the Sanda Historical Museum to discover ancient artifacts, then sample Sanda beef at restaurants where locals recommend the tender wagyu.
Very near to Sannomiya Station. Easy access to tourist attractions and plenty of places to dine. The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was delicious with many options. Great choice for families.

Great rooms with closet and Japanese style bathroom. Availability of laundry machines shown on TV channel. Great breakfast buffet. Japanese garden on 9th floor. Very responsive front desk.
Great hotel for bad weather - you never need to go outside. Giant quality restaurant food hall on 8th floor. The mall / Yodobashi on floors B1 thru 8 can be accessed by escalator from the lobby, and there is a secret door that directly connects the hotel B1 elevator lobby to the grocery store in the mall,...

Train station was 5minutes walk from the hotel.
Though the room was on the smaller side, it was very fancy and had all the amenities and was well kept.
The staff was very nice and helpful as well.
They called us a taxi when we needed to get our luggage to the airport and walk us down and waited in the cold with us for the taxi to arrive. Great service!

The Oriental Hotel was very comfortable and attractive with lovely views of the bay or mountains. The staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and overall very charming. The location is in the upscale shopping district and next door to a museum and attached to Barney's New York. The food was really quite good both in the restaurant and room service. I loved the Japanese breakfast! Unlike the Mandarin Oriental in Tokyo, the Oriental Hotel is very generous and you are allowed a set breakfast and...

Conveniently located off a busy street within easy walking distance of both underground and JR stations, Several good restaurants nearby featuring Kobe beef A5 and Kaiseki dinners. I don't like eating much for breakfast and find that traditional Japanese breakfast are ways too much food early in the morning. Fortunately there were a number of nearby coffee and pastry shops to sample. The spa area was quite busy so book early to get the time you want. Free fresh coffee in the lounge was a plus....

We had a little bit of a hard time finding the entrance to the property because it’s was on the side of the building in the alleyway but it was flanked by a Lawsons AND a Sugi Pharamcy (both of which we visited several times during our 4 day stay.
The check in is on Floor 2 and staff was very friendly and helpful and quick!
Our room was on the 14th floor and I selected a corner room with the hope it would be spacious enough for three adults. When I opened the door I was relieved that there were...

The onsite staff and team were amazing! I felt safe and they went above and beyond to ensure I enjoyed my stay there. I will definitely share with family and friends who consider to visit Japan - Osaka/Kyoto to stay at Toyoko Inn Osaka Itami Kuko. I want to also give a huge thank you to the gentleman (Apologies I can't recall his name but he had an accent) He was so kind, helpful and ensured the waiting area was well lit, offered me coffee and some bread, as I waited for my taxi ride to KIX...

I am from Tennessee, and this was the perfect hotel for my first-time visit to Japan. Exceedingly kind staff, great things to do around the hotel, great access to bus station.
