「Beautiful, a real gem of a hotel / restaurant.. The room was immaculate and it felt like it was “brand new”. Plus, the receptionists, restaurant staff and cleaners were lovely and so accommodating… 11 out of 10!! It’s located a 10 second walk from the beach and m parking is free… I’ll be rebooking within the next couple of weeks!! 」

「Room was lovely and bigger than I expected and even had sea view. Staff were friendly when we checked in. Hotel is situated great for visiting The Playhouse. We would definitely stay here again.」

「We had a relative we came to visit recommend your hotel. The room was clean and well kept and the breakfast next door in the Beefeater Restaurant offered a large variety of food choices to satisfy all ages.」

「No enclosed garden for dogs , cars driving past daily to the lodge further on . Gravelled drive - noisy Cob webs every where . Rude owner and unhelpful . Property not dog or child friendly Local pub - very nice but you have to drive , there is no foot path also uphill . No local amenities No welcome hamper Poor information folder - The only information provided is the local Indian Will not be returning or recommending 」

「The location is impeccable but being in the city centre it can be quite noisy at night because of all the bars & clubs downstairs. The triple room is on the 4th floor so noise wise it's tolerable for just one night but be prepared to lift your luggages up the 100-step stairs. The room is better than expected, really clean & tidy. One down side is this hotel doesn't have its own reception so have to check in at the hotel across the road instead.」

「Booked the house to stay, 5 months in advance. Had no contact from the owner, so emailed with 1 month until stay date. Was assured everything was fine. They contacted a week and half before stay date to cancel due to routine maintenance. Three hours on the phone to book somewhere else, to be told I had to wait 72 hours before we could rebook. Asked to have my money back and was told 14 days for a refund. Shocking service!」
