Wonderful

Hard to get in!

We loved this hotel. It has a central patio with pines and each room has a table with chairs for eating out side and chair and bench next to the door to relax and take your morning coffee. They have a bar where they serve breakfast in the morning and let's not forget the host. She is so nice. We sat at the bar and talked about anything and everything with her and her sister.

Large beautiful room overlooking the Cathedral de Avila in the heart of the walled city! Everything was perfect!

Centrally located. Breakfast buffet had good selection and excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel.

This a fabulous luxury hotel made from President Suarez personal residence. It is built into the walls of Avila and has the only pool inside the city walls. The pool and area is stunningly beautiful. Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast included. Calena restaurant is working towards a star. Room was comfortable and clean, suite included a walk in shower and separate claw foot bath tub. Only regret was 2nd floor rooms ceiling sloped in from the roof line, took some getting used to. You can walk...

For a Day in Avila is perfect, know the city without get outside

I stayed there for one night. Getting there in s car was tricky but once arrived it was great. The hotel is literally 25 meters from the main cathedral facade. Everything in old town of Avila is easily reachable within a short walk. Hotel staff were super friendly. Parking for my car in the underground lot was only 10$ per day. Price was very, very good. Great restaurants are just outside the city walls ~ 100 yards away. I'd stay there again for sure.

It’s a very affordable and attractive option if your in Ávila close to the city walls we are here in October and it’s quite cold 43 degrees outside there are restaurants and cafes within walking distance this hostel is perfect for a couple and a family holiday the owners sister was very kind to us and helped sort out the heating system for us

de the walled city of Avila. Parking a short distance away outside the wall. Walkable to everything including Convent of Saint Teresa, promenade along the wall and the Camino de Santiago was just behind the building. I highly recommend this place. Door is not manned until checkin at 3 pm.

Excelente. Lo recomiendo.

Ubicación, atención, me encantó.

Everything went smoothly and central location was the best

Friendly staff specifically Maria at the front desk

We stayed here 1 night when driving to Salamanca. Breakfast was good. Property is a little older but very well maintained/clean. Staff spoke English and was very helpful! Would stay here again.
