「I gave the property time to respond to our request for a partial refund, but unfortunately they never replied.
The grounds were beautiful, but the service was extremely poor. It was very difficult to find staff for anything during our stay. No one greeted us for at least 10-20 minute on arrival, and throughout the visit we only had about 2–3 employees help us at all. The place felt like a ghost town.

「0/10. Didn’t receive any check-in info from the host, the address listed is incorrect and the phone seems to not be in service. I was ultimately unable to find and stay at the property. There is also a no money back policy. Spent over an hour on the phone with expedia and they weren’t able to get a hold of the property owner either or get additional info from them.
Expedia and I were able to work something out, appreciate their efforts. Steer clear of this one though.」
