We practically had the whole area by ourselves as we were there during off peak season. It was clean and very nice for my family of 6. The hotel was extremely accommodating and helpful! We would stay there again!

Il residence nel complesso non era male, noi eravamo al primo piano, mostrava però dele mancanze: in cucina mancava la moka INDISPENSABILE, la pulizia non era del tutto appropriata, nelle scale c'erano escrementi di rondine che sono stati puliti , in modo grossolano, dopo 6 giorni di permanenza e comunque le scale non vengono mai pulite. Se non ci fossero state mancanze, sarebbe stato tutto abbastanza confortevole.

Muy lindo departamento

El departamento es muy lindo y bien ubicado, como el complejo tiene muchas planta que lo rodean había muchos mosquito y las ventanas no cuentan con mosquiteros, por ende no pudimos disfrutar de los balcones y terrazas con que cuenta este departamento. Por otro lado el check in no se realizó en la dirección establecida en la página por lo tanto tuvimos que llamar por teléfono y efectuarlo en la recepción de un hotel alejado una 10 cuadras. Esto no me resultó cómodo por lo menos deberían aclararlo.

Too many small disappointments!

The apartment was a ten minute walk away from the reception, which was at a hotel. We had no car, so didn't appreciate, having arrived, 10 minute walks in the heat to collect keys. The air con controller was missing. The bedside light bulb was not working. One of the knobs on the gas hob was broken so, having turned the gas off, it was still actually on. Thankfully, we could smell it so could deal with it, but there was an accident waiting to happen. On the second day, we could not get back into the apartment. The lock on the door of the shutters was broken. The first man who came out to repair it hadn't brought any tools - I think he thought we were just doing something wrong - so a second was needed with tools. He mended it with brute force as the lock barrel had warped. We were kept sitting out in the heat for about an hour. As my wife had returned to the apartment because of a headache in the first place, this was very trying for her. San Vito Lo Capo was lovely, but I wouldn't return to these apartments. The size of rooms and standard of furnishing was good, but there were too many things that went wrong, and the gas thing could have been lethal.

Si indica correttamente le spese di soggiorno ma non si opera alcuna proporzione rispetto alle notti del soggiorno. Avrei dovuto pagare 104 eruro di spese per una notte, alla fine abbiamo pagato solo 50 euro, comunque troppo in rapporto al soggiorno di una sola notte.

Posizione strategica.

Pozione ottimale rapidità per raggiungere il centro e il mare , molto spazio a disposizione unici nei sono stati la pessima pulizia dei locali al momento della consegna delle chiavi ma soprattutto frigo non funzionante ed il piano cottura che funzionava solo parzialmente. Spero si tratti di un danno avuto durante il ponte del 2 giugno e non riparabile. Arredamenti piuttosto obsoleti è in parte con mobili di recupero. Tutto sommato una buona sistemazione che potrebbe, con poche messe a punto, ricevere buoni giudizi

Nice location. Poor service

Great location for family vacation if you do not seek for entertainment. Calm village-type life. Great sea. Water is very clean. However, service is very poor. We indicated late arrival in our booking, but received no specific instructions on how to find apartment, get the key at night, etc. Yes, address was indicated, but due to the absence of street signs taxi driver failed to find this small street in spite he asked for help several times. Nobody waited us in the apartment as well. We had to call Mirra Spiaggia hotel (owner of this apartment house) to discover that in order to get the key we had to go to the hotel (15 min walking distance). Luckily taxi driver was still with us. Rooms are not properly prepared. In our case safe and air condition required fixture. All the requests fulfilled very slowly. For example, it took them 2 days to fix the safe. They dismounted and took it to the hotel but brought it back still non-working. Only after second or third request they managed to fix it. Wi-Fi basically does not exist there. Instead of saying this frankly hotel reception told us that Wi-Fi was OK and it was none of their problems that there were too many users that make Wi-Fi not usable. To cut long story short if you know what to expect from this apartment house and you are OK with what you get you may even come back to this place again, but initial investigation is irritating and painful.

Bello e comodo

Bella struttura a due passi dal mare e dal centro, ma in zona silenziosa. comodissimo parcheggio interno. pulizia buona. la casa è curata anche nei dettagli, come ad esempio con tende parasole. spaziosa ed accogliente. Unica pecca (ma veramente una inezia): l'acqua in bagno aveva poca pressione ed era complicato pertanto farsi una doccia comoda... Wifi quasi inesistente. nel complesso ci tornerei (e ci tornerò) volentieri.

Relaxing holiday

The apartment was very clean and tidy, the only thing was the air con/heater was very dusty it blew out a lot of dust when it was turned on so we didn't use it, otherwise quite comfortable, there was no kettle, but they had a moka coffee maker, so I tried it and it's one of the best coffee I've had! Now that's all I want my coffee made from! Also nice views from surrounding we loved the terrace and very close to the beach

Nice, quiet and spacey.

Nice and clean, plenty of space for the family. Short walking distance to the beach. Check was unusual as its at the hotel and not residence and was a pain to find. The reception gave us a hand to find it, so that was ok. No Wifi, but free wifi is available on the beach, just get a free ticket from most bars valid for 1 hour, so get a couple of tickets also and most restaurants have hotspots. Will definitely return.
