"No towels, no toiler paper, insdequate bed linens( we were cold and not enough blankets. Parking as very far from the rental. It did appear clean and the staff were nice and helpful. It was inexpensive. But I would not recommend it."

"Had an emergency and had to be admitted to hospital, messaged the hotel to explain and asked if they could kindly move the stay date an extra 24 hours, no cancellation...no empathy, took the money and cancelled the booking....if that's the kind of hotel that they are, enjoy the money, I'm not that desperate....karma will find a way to return the favour ...so the rating that I would give them is.... Really there are no minuses"

"You really don’t see this level of service any more. Isabella and Marco are incredible hosts and their attention to detail and hospitality are like something from a bygone era. Beautiful, comfortable rooms with cold AC and the best breakfast we had in Italy. Has to be the best place to stay in all of Rocca San Giovanni."

"Never any staff about. Had to pre order basic breakfast which was good but basic Padlock lower entrance door most evenings so if you wanted to go into garden had to go out the front door and walk around the hotel.Had most conversations with staff on what’s app !! "
