Great place! We absolutely loved it here. A little oasis, lovely villas, private beach and fab pool area. All the restaurants are lovely too.

This was an easy living cottage. The cottage was clean and practical without any special or extra. We had some difficulties communicate with the personnel at the resort in English. The beach was great for kids and was very close to the cottage. Overall were the resort quiet and children-friendly. Good restaurants at the resort and in San Vincenzo to. San Vincenzo was a short walk away (about 20 minutes). We were sorry that everything at the resort cost extra. We paid for an extra blanket and for towels. The personnel was helpful but bad in english so the extra costs was sometimes a suprise for us.

Hornisse, Kakerlaken, Krabbeltiere, Ameisen auf dem Sofa: Das klingt nach erheblichen Hygiene- und Sicherheitsproblemen, was den Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm macht. Kalt in der Nacht: Das ist natürlich unangenehm, besonders wenn die Unterkunft nicht gut isoliert ist. Unhygienisch: Das ist ein ernstes Problem, das den Komfort und die Gesundheit beeinträchtigt. Nicht was es verspricht: Wenn die Erwartungen nicht erfüllt wurden, ist das verständlich frustrierend. Unfreundlich: Schlechter Service oder unhöfliches Personal trüben den Eindruck erheblich. Kaum jemand spricht Englisch: Das kann die Kommunikation erschweren, vor allem für internationale Gäste. Organisation schlecht: Mangelnde Organisation führt zu Problemen beim Check-in, bei der Sauberkeit oder bei der Betreuung. Mitbekommen, dass bei anderen Schweizer ein Einbruchversuch stattfand: Das ist sehr beunruhigend und wirft Fragen zur Sicherheit auf. Keine Sicherheitskameras auf dem Areal: Das erhöht das Risiko für Diebstähle oder andere Vorfälle. Viele Schäden in den Räumen: Das zeigt einen Mangel an Wartung und Pflege. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Für 2700 Euro hättest du dir eine bessere Unterkunft auf Airbnb gewünscht. Sauberkeit bei Ankunft: Es war notwendig, die Räumlichkeiten selbst zu reinigen, bevor man sich wohlfühlen konnte. Schlechte Wegbeschreibungen: Das erschwert die Anreise und trägt zum schlechten Gesamteindruck bei. Bewertung der Anlage: Insgesamt erscheint die Anlage höchstens mit 2 Sternen.

Ich bin schon seit vielen Jahren regelmäßig in der Unterkunft. Sie liegt in einem wunderschönen Pinienwald direkt am Strand. Die Bungalows sind einfach aber liegen wunderschön und sind hinreichend komfortabel mit Klimaanlagen. Am Strand hat man kostenlos zwei Sessel, eine Liege und einen Schirm. In der Anlage wird viel geboten, es gibt auch eine tolle Poolanlage. Perfekt für den Familienurlaub.

Bungalow war Okee,hat aber altes Mobiliar. Die Laubbläser waren sehr laut und es roch danach nach Abgasen. Bei der Strandcrew hatte es einen für mich sehr agressiven Mitarbeiter der einen Ball mitten ins Bungalowdorf geschossen hat,ohne lange zu überlegen ob er jemanden trifft damit,nur weil der am Strand war und ihn offensichtlich jemand vergessen hat.Gar nicht schön.

Ho già soggiornato in questo resort varie volte e devo dire che l'esperienza è molto diversa rispetto alla soluzione abitativa scelta, da eccezionale se si scelgono villette molto care fronte mare a discreta se invece si cerca una soluzione più economica, ad ogni modo il posto è bellissimo a livello di natura ideale per rilassarsi, inoltre le abitazioni sono sempre pulite, trovo però che i prezzi siano diventati esageratamente cari da dopo la pandemia.

Sono anni che vado in questo resort, quest’anno però non sono stata soddisfatta, perché non c’è animazione nè attività o spettacoli coinvolgenti e divertenti. Anche durante il giorno, nello spazio piscina non ci sono musica o giochi che rendano la vacanza piacevole per i ragazzi. Tutto troppo tranquillo. Hanno chiuso il ristorante La Vedanda(il mio preferito) e il bar della spiaggia. Prezzi molto alti

Die Anlage ist sehr schön, hat aber auch Schwächen. Es gibt Villen, die sind nicht gut gelegen, Straße, Bahn, keinen Balkon...es gibt welche, die sind top. Muss man Glück haben. Achtung: Ameisen ...nichts liegen lassen...eine Maus hatten wir auch in der Unterkunft. Liegt halt inmitten eines Pinienwaldes, Natur pur. Restaurants im Gelände überteuert. In San Vincenzo kann man gut essen, schöne Fußgängerzone. Villa wird alle 3-3 Tage gereinigt, Betten neu überzogen, neue Tischwäsche. Mülltrennung...neue Beutel gibt's zeitnah. Am Strand waren die Mülltonnen meist überfüllt...muss man sich nicht wundern, wenn Müll ins Meer gelangt.

Ein toller Ort! Die Anlage ist super gelegen, der Strand ist traumhaft. Die Villen sind sicherlich etwas in die Jahre gekommen es reicht jedoch für einen Urlaub völlig aus. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich. Vorallem das Frühstückspersonal war trotz 30 Grad bereits am Morgen sehr engagiert und immer freundlich dabei! Trotz Hochsaison verteilte es sich, es gab weder am Strand noch am Pool viele Gäste und sauber war es auch überall. Für Kinder hat die Anlage viel zu bieten und als Erwachsener genießt man die Ruhe auf der kleinen aber feinen Terrasse der Villa. Auf dem Gelände befindet sich ein Supermarkt, von Pizza, Grill und Fisch wird in den Restaurants alles geboten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Il soggiorno al Resort Riva degli Etruschi è stato fantastico. Abbiamo preso una villetta, molto carina, a 2 minuti dalla spiaggia privata. Pulizia ottima: 2 camere da letto, bagno, piccola cucina, soggiorno e verandina perfetta per una famiglia. La spiaggia è davvero tenuta benissimo, sabbia fine, bene il distanziamento e la vicinanza al mare, che è perfetto per i bambini. Le 3 piscine sono un ottimo plus, come gli altri servizi della struttura. Comoda il piccolo supermercato situato a lato reception e bene anche i ristoranti, compresa la pizza d'asporto. Anche se il villaggio può ospitare parecchia gente, non c'è mai affollamento, anzi molta tranquillità. Unica nota dolente il check-in, le villette vengono pronte dalle 18 in avanti, prima si può usufruire di piscina o spiaggia, non lo sapevamo e con i bambini l'attesa è stata un po' snervante dopo il viaggio, ma lo staff si sta adoperando per migliorare la procedura con l'online check-in. Nel complesso una vacanza ideale, sia per i bambini che per gli adulti, un posto dove tornerei volentieri.

Schöne Häuschen aus den 70er Jahren, super sauber, tolle Anlage. Leider bereits Mitte September schon alle Restaurants und Bars am Strand geschlossen und keine Erstausstattung (Toilettenartikel, Produkte/ Tücher für Geschirr) vorhanden.
