You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 30 April, EUR 0.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.

• Cleaning fee: EUR 700 per accommodation, per stay
• Gas fee: EUR 40 per accommodation, per week

• A damage deposit of EUR 4500 will be collected before check-in.
