"Great for the San Siro. 30mins walk. Not much in the area in terms of cafes /restaurant. Metro nearby - 3 minute walk. Rooftop bar/pool were closed which was a disappointment. Otherwise fantastic, modern hotel. "

"Small hotel in need of some tlc. We stayed for one night, to visit the San Siro, which is 20 mins walk or a short metro ride. Buffet breakfast, croissant, cakes, biscuits, cereal, bread, tea and coffee, really very good. Room mediocre. We had room 54 at the very top. Window broken in the bathroom, looked like it had been for some time. Lots of light switches that didn’t do anything, and sockets which didn’t work. Headboard loose. Had to leave the bathroom light on all night as a big post was in the middle of the room, to avoid hurting ourselves on that or the sloping roof. Couldn't get air con to work. Shower gel and soap available, no fridge or kettle. No bar as advertised however there is a fridge in reception to get water, soft drinks and beer. "

"The front desk staff were excellent- arranged for us to move rooms when we had some issues. New room was excellent, and the cleaning staff go above and beyond. I left my makeup on the counter as was rushing out the door, and came back to find they had tidied it up for me. Definitely not expected, but really appreciated. "

"keys didn’t work, but they give you like 8 keys. staff had no idea who i was, no verification of identity, no way to enter or exit main door."

"First I will say the staff we met were lovely. However very disappointed with our stay, we don’t usually pay extra for a more luxury style hotel with the amenities and standard offered but won’t be staying again. Rooms advertised as sound proof which they are not, we heard everything upstairs, in the hall and even people’s morning alarms which even in a basic hotel room you shouldn’t hear. A private tub was promised which was no where to be seen. We got a room with a ‘private balcony’ the grates between balconies were see through so not private didn’t feel comfortable to open the blinds as would have been seen by others. The room was dirty the sheets had marks on and there was quite a bit of mould in the shower. The a/c unit didn’t work either. Finally as a comment to improve would have liked an extra lock on the door rather than just the key card one as any employee could walk in with swipe access, most hotels have a second lock we can put on for safety. Really disappointed as was looking forward to lots promised, we feel a partial refund or compensation would be fair as this is not up to the standard advertised at all. "

"The gym was small, some equipment but cross trainer was broken and no water cooler or mats. Room was lovely, and shower was great too. Location is nearby metro, supermarkets, restaurants. "
