Hotel is beautiful. Staff very friendly. BUT there aren’t any elevators. Only stairs. We were on the fifth floor. Other than that it was great. Great breakfast also!

There were bedbugs, and the sheets did not look good.

San Sebastian isn't a tourist/vacation area. We were there on business and found the surrounding area to be a bit unsafe, especially after the election. Several times, riots broke out directly down the road from our hotel.
