They gave me a room in the attic, very uncomfortable and dangerous for accidents and walking in the room or going to the bathroom in the dark

The check in did not work as planned. We never received information about how to check in. The restaurant staff helped is in the end. No bed lights.

A very poor experience! The restaurant was closed which we were not told about. The room was very small and poorly equipped, no fridge, no aircon, only an old and noisy fan. The waste bin hadn’t been emptied and still contained the previous guest’s sanitary waste!! The automatic check in was irritating and cumbersome. The hotel is next to a busy road. I would not recommend this hotel.

Reservamos con un año de antelacion y nos ubicaron en la buhardilla y no habia airec acondicionado,ademas de que los techos eran muy bajos. No habia ascensor hasta la planta y la maleta apenas cabia por las escaleras. Para no repetir

Pocos servicios con previo elevado.

El hotel tiene lo básico para pasar una noche. No tiene repeción como tal, te tienes que entender con una máquina en la entrada y con un número de teléfono por si algo va mal. En cuanto a las habitaciones, las del segundo piso son abuhardilladas y no te puedes poner de pie. Dispone de TV pero simbólica porque esta en frente de la cama casi en el suelo. En el caso de mi habitación, en la ducha me encontré el sobre de gel abierto por el anterior usuario. El bar de debajo abre a las 10 asi que no te sirve para bajar a desayunar si madrugas un poco. Caro para estar en las puertas de un polígono y sin ningún servicio.

Surprise. Pas de petit déjeuner. Seulement une cafetière et 2 capsules de café et 2 biscuits. Pas de climatisation. Beaucoup de bruit du fait qu’on est laissé la fenêtre ouverte : beaucoup de passage de camion, personnes qui parlent sous les fenêtres jusqu’à 2h du matin. Obligé de changer de chambre La machine d’enregistrement ne fonctionnait pas. Les cartes clefs non plus. Personnel cependant très réactif et sympathique. Nous ont aidé dans notre galère avec la machine, les cartes, pour manger…

Väldigt svår incheckning, fick hjälp av personal från restaurangen. Inga klara direktiv vart man lämnar rums nyckel. Dåligt med frukost vi fick en muffins var och så fanns det kaffemaskin på rummet. Annars mycket trevligt med fin utemiljö. Bra service på restaurangen som inte tillhör hotellet.

Très beau site bien entretenu, le personnel est très gentil et accueillant, nous étions surclassé pour un prix infime 👍 Le seul bémol est le prix de la restauration qui a subi une hausse non négligeable 😱 Petits déjeuners très chers et les repas du soir très élevés par rapport à l'habitude car c'est notre hôtel préféré quand nous descendons dans cette région

El entorno está muy bien, pero la habitación que nos tocó al no disponer de aire acondicionado ni prácticamente ventilación y estar bajo el techo no se podía estar de calor. También deberían poner en el baño accesorios para colgar las toallas y buscar una nueva ubicación al tv: no puede estar a la misma altura que la cama.
