Me pareció un lugar tranquilo y familiar, para cuando quieras salir de la ciudad y descansar de la rutina del día día y un punto que me sorprendió, es la cercanía al Tunco y que cuando quiera disfrutar de alguna buena comida o de un par de tragos tienes el acceso a pie a cinco minutos. El personal fue muy amable y me sentí muy cómodo en todo momento. Recomendadisomo

This place should not be in Expedia's list of properties. Place and pool dirty. When we arrived, there were no other guests in the property, very unsecure location. We decided not to stay, we rented an Airbn in El Tunco much much better thatn this one.

Looks were sure deceiving when it came to this place. I would not recommend it at all. The pool was dirty, the AC was not working properly, not much to do. This place was run down. I left and I didn’t care if I got refunded or not. I was not pleased and ended up leaving an hour after arriving and finding a better place to stay.

Nothing was amazing we wanne to stay was horrible the pool nasty the bedroom also nasty the pictures that we saw on the app was not the same we had to look for another spot to stay because it was not worth it and when we canceled 2hrs later they did not refund the money that was mess up my wife was really mad doesnt worth that money sorry

I'm so sad to rate this beauty place bad, from the check in the room included in my package, It was not what they advertised in the webpage, she get another room with AC, I had to payed $379.00 extra, then he toilet was not working for #2, the next morning I talked to the manager about it, I told her the I would like to leave, the room was not what I the first day

I was in the room les than an hour, full of spiders, giant ants, and roaches. I killed many of the bugs with my repellent (finished a new bottle). I pulled the night table because it was full of bugs. I spoke with the host, she had someone go with a bug spray bottle and told me to stay out of the room. I told her i want my money back because there is an inch gap under the door and more bugs will come in. She offered me another room but she said all her rooms have bugs including lizards/geckos. I asked for my money back and she refused to do the right thing. Also when I arrived she gave me a room with no AC and no bathroom/shower and said breakfast is not included. I was riding uber with a giant luggage and didn’t want to look for another place but the bugs was the last straw! Give me my money back!
