Very clean, comfortable property. Calm, nice courtyard with plants. Staff very friendly. The only downside is that our room had the front window facing the street/sidewalk, so there was quite a bit of traffic and front door noise.

Very safe and clean hotel. Water pressure was very low in shower but everything else was very good. The ladyvat front desk I believe her name was Irene, very friendly and helpful. They provide a very tasty complimentary coffee.

Great stay for a short time

We felt very safe at this hotel, they did hold a parking spot for us in front of the hotel, which was very nice, the bed could’ve been a little softer. It was a little firm. We couldn’t run the shower along the bathroom, would flood.

Good hotel for a short and/ or long stay, friendly staff, nice clean room, decent size bathroom with all the amenities, good airconditioning,centrally located , safe neighborhood, lots of restaurants nearby, shopping centers and grocery stores . WiFi for the most part is decent but spotty at times.

Bit noisey at front of hotel, otherwise ok for $50, nothing fancy here, guard on front door, location is paradox, close to historical centre, but not the kinda place to go for a romantic evening walk.

You can stay any where, but you won’t find great costumer service just anywhere. This place has it. From the security guy at the door being so kind to the front desk gentleman. Great experience over all. I’d definitely stay again

Hard bed, shower drains very slowly, no hot water, shower gels don't dispense, toilet did not always flush, restroom smells of mildew, no window, no desk chair, wifi was very weak, front desk was not available late night and guard is not permitted to have a key; it took 20mins for the front desk to open.
