「Great place clean」

「Un lugar con una vista indescriptible. La ubicación del cuarto con vista panorámica al lago, una vegetación preciosa. El área de los columpios para las mejores fotos. La alberca muy sucia. Los cuartos necesitan un poco más de detalles para mejorar. La gente muy amable y el restaurant definitivamente lo mejor que tiene 3 piedras por su comida y por las vistas fantásticas que tiene.」

「This hotel has almost everything an hotel could have. There's even a car rental office, which is the first time I see something like that. They even welcomed me with fruit! It is a bit far from the city but if you're looking for an option close to the airport, I would 100% recommend it. I will definitely book it again if I go back to El Salvador.」

「I will start with the positives: Room had cold A/C and good blackout curtains so I was able to sleep pretty good. Also the property has wifi which is also great because if you want to work on your laptop outside you can. One last good thing: the phyiscal location of the property is on a cliff overlooking the ocean which is actually fantastic. Okay but besides this, everything else was terrible. So bad that I am only leaving 2 stars. First the property is dirty. The rooms were clean but...

「This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. After a long international flight, we arrived exhausted, hoping to rest, only to find our room directly next to active hotel construction. The noise was unbearable, and we were never warned. The biggest issue was safety. The pool area has extremely slippery tiles, and both of our children slipped while exiting the pool, hitting their heads on the ground and ending up with large bumps. This is a serious hazard that should be addressed...

「Very relaxing. The hotel was 5 star very helpful and the food was amazing. However the beach is very rocky I took a 5 min Uber to playa San blas and it was amazing beach.」
