"Everything was fabulous ✨"

"Excellent place to stay, the room was spotless and the staff super friendly."

"My preferred place to stay in San Jose (have probably stayed here at least 20 times, and I have stayed at many places in town so I have a fair idea of what's "normal" here even for the high-end hotels). Large and clean rooms, great location and staff. Only downside is there is no restaurant/bar in the hotel, rather in the separate casino which is a bit sleazy for my tastes. But there are decent restaurants within a short walk."

"Nice stay! Beautiful hotel!"

"Simple, somewhat budget friendly hotel. Safe and clean! Great free breakfast, fantastic water pressure in the shower, and very friendly staff. If you are in the Cartago area this is a great choice."

"Great location, helpful staff, good breakfast"

"Great place to stay; excellent management"

"Everything was excellent, but I would like to make a suggestion: breakfast should be buffet-style; the menu felt very limited, with only 4 options."

"Comfy beds, air-conditioning good kitchen good prices can’t beat it"

"I wasn’t impressed it wasn’t like in the photos, staff wasn’t around much. The food was good other than the room doors to the outside needing repair or more attentive staff it was ok"

"The staff were very helpful, and the location was convenient. However, the room was very warmer than the hallway, which made it uncomfortable at times."

"I enjoyed The gym, the bars and the pool, the restaurant"

"Excellent staff, breakfast and location."
