First impression on arrival was "disappointing". The exterior of the hotel is dull and scruffy, not what was expected. There's a reason they don't show the exterior on their website. I have only good things to say about the hotel. Seems they run a very tight ship. Very helpful staff at check in. Front desk young woman came out to the street to show me where the parking lot was.
