「A great little gem of a hotel, with extraordinary friendly staff, great amenities and in the middle of Saas-Fee. Gym is well equipped, albeit missing a rowing machine. Spa facilities are also amazing!」

「This is an amazing hotel. Great room friendly owners and workers, amazing location. The breakfast is really good. They even accommodate making fresh eggs and a vegetarian omelette. They let us pick nick in the front garden and even gave a free ride to the bus stop. I would go back 100 times.」

「什麼也不提供的酒店。 網上自助Checkiin。房間除了床，電視和厕所( 提供厕纸，洗手液和冲涼液),其他全部沒有，水杯都沒有，長住5日提供一次清潔執房，如果要執房，需要另付30法朗(不知道是每日支付或是一次性，我只住了2晚）。 餐廳值得一試,美味(蓬週三有promotion),員工好客。 」

「Struttura un po’ vecchiotta. Camera molto piccola ma visto che serve solo per dormire, per 2 va bene così. Suggerirei solo qualche mensola o appoggia oggetti in più in bagno. La signora della reception gentilissima e molto disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Colazione abbondante e buona. Ottima posizione centrale. Molto soddisfatta 」

「Nous avons été ravie durant notre passage a Varzo. Cette établissement est très bien ! La chambre est légèrement petite. Le petit déjeuner était super, tout est fait mais, un vrai régal ! Pour notre accueil nous avons eu une dame très gentille et très agréable ! Je recommande beaucoup cet établissement !」

「Das Zimmer war modern und sehr sauber. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Sauna ist gut ausgestattet mit 2 Saunen, 2 Dampfbädern, einem Whirlpool und bietet einen großzügigen Ruheraum. Beim Frühstück hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Transfer zum und vom Hotel ist wirklich gut organisiert. Das Hotel kann man mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. 」

「Usually at five-star properties, especially in desirable locations, the cost scales up much faster than what you get. The Capra is an exceptional property: wonderful location, facilities, and service at a very fair price. All the staff are friendly and welcoming; the breakfast is a la carte, but substantial and served quickly; and the common spaces are a great place to be stuck indoors when it rains. The goodie bag at departure is a small touch, but really drives home the property’s commitment...

「We found this hotel via the app, and figured we’d take little detour to get there. This ”little detour” was half an hour on serpentine roads through a mostly uninhabited Italian landscape, and the inhabitated parts looking a little like the rural parts of Alabama. When we finally arrived in the little village, we got an eerie feeling of being on the set of ”Deliverance”. Do they even have electricity here? Did I hear a banjo playing from the woods? Is this our final destination? All that...

「Amazing staff. Host Beata was incredibly warm and welcoming, she gave us tips for hiking and made sure our stay was perfect! The hotel was close to all lifts and hiking trails. It was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. We loved this hotel!」
