「Great staff! Attentive and eager to help. The hotel itself was pristine! Beautuful and very well suited for the ambient surroundings. They offer several tours, both full and half day, the ones we took were wonderfull. Would definately recommend!!」

「While the rooms are very big and spacious and the hotel grounds are expansive, Hotel Cumbres is in need of some renovation, which it is partly undertaking. One of the pools was under reconstruction, however the others also require some work. The bar and lobby are nice, however we did not try the restaurant 」

「Overall, it is a very nice hotel. Like apartment, you have kitchen, bathroom, living room and so on. Not so many choices but good breakfast. It’s not safe in Calama, so it’s a good idea to choose a hotel like this with gate and security. 」

Não existe experiência ao cliente, pouquíssima atenção aos detalhes que fazem a diferença.
A instalação em si - sem nenhum defeito, porém somente isso.
Um hotel nesse valor, deve entregar muito mais do que atualmente eles oferecem.
