「I love the solemnity of the place and how big their swimming pools are. Breakfast was great and delicious, many to choose from. The only downfall is the swimming pools maintenance. It was 4pm when we wanted to swim, no one was there, many dead leaves floating. The walls of the pools have molds. It feels itchy swimming. I had to ask their maintenance to please clean the pool so we could swim.」

「No wifi in my room during the entire trip」

「The hotel overbooked and tried to move us to another place across the street. We were already at the lobby, but they still wanted to give our room to other guests who hadn’t arrived yet. We had confirmed all the booking details through email before the trip, including the room type. In the end, the four-person room we booked was changed to two double rooms. The staff at the front desk was emotional and said this was the best they could do. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I don’t recommend...

「The first room was very dirty, and the bed sheets were wet and.. Sticky?... The second room was *fine*, but still the walls and all surfaces were very dirty. 」

「Stayed 4 nights at Jim’s castle inn, I had no power twice and no water once in short time during my staying. There’s no HOT water for shower and they don’t clean the restroom and trash bin everyday but the people are so kind. The fan room is really cheap but not recommended to live when in summer.」

「Beautiful property with fresh clean rooms. The place is immaculate, and the staff is super accommodating. They arranged several island tours and daily excursions, the sunset one being spectacular. The upstairs restaurant prepared delicious evening meal with a wide variety of Japanese and Asian food. The only drawback was the rooster farm next to the property. They can be annoying.」
