You can use their bikes, play tennis, go do some stand up paddling (equipment free of charge and in very good condition) and much more. There‘s a lot to do. No designated fitness area though. 「A beautifully kept hotel with spacious bedrooms and very comfortable beds, everything was spotlessly clean and well kept The staff were very friendly and helpful especially the young man in the morning who helped us sort our taxi! Merci beaucoup! There is parking but we came by train and it is a level 15 minute walk from Lucciana station 」
