"We stayed there few years ago, it was really clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the hotel is not keeping property well maintained, visible signs of wear and tear , also their bed and pillows are so uncomfortable compare to few years ago. Definitely needs improvement , location is not too bad , fairly close to SFO "

"The shower walls were filthy I ended up having to get myvown they didn't even offer to fix or comp me a night the grout was white it's black from skin flakes and the sink had boogers in it"

"Property was confusing with multiple buildings. They put us all the way in the back which you’re better off getting in your car driving since there is train tracks you have to cross with luggage.. staff was rude when we had a hard time locating our room."

"The process could definitely be improved. Shoutout to Richard who was very communicative, helpful, respectful during my check in process compared to the morning crew. I arrived early in the morning and the room wasn’t ready so I asked to store my luggage but wasn’t really a welcoming way or approach. I had business meetings all day, went back later at night and Richard was the best person! He made it feel welcoming and more like home after a long day. I appreciate you for all your hard work! "
