"I like that it had a refrigerator and a microwave. I was sad it didn't have a coffee maker or a hair dryer. The air conditioning worked really well. Overall, I would stay there again."

"We were the only people at reception but we waited over 10 minutes to be checked in because the receptionist was on the telephone, giving lengthy instructions to someone about shipping labels…. Then in the morning at the restaurant we had to go away and come back later for breakfast because they only had 2 servers on duty. This property “nickel and dime” you to a huge extent- if you want milk for your morning coffee in the room it’s charged as extra even though we had prepaid for breakfast. You are given only 2 plastic half n half packets in the room and no tea bags. Parking is 15$ extra even though you can’t arrive by any other means and the car park is very big and nearly empty. Breakfast was charged at 58$ which is full menu price, for 2 of us in advance, but after we were finally seated, we were told that we could only have one choice for that pre-charged amount - the American breakfast and coffee or OJ. No pancakes or avocado toast or burritos… we wouldn’t have booked it and paid in advance if we had known. Room WiFi would have been charged as extra unless you joined the Hilton honors program (we did!) . We had paid 309$ for a room for 2 people so these add-on charges seem really excessive. The pool garden was really smelling like sewage; when I asked they said that they were having a problem with the sanitation and it was being serviced later today. They seem understaffed or poorly managed, not sure which."

"This is a very roomy hotel room/Suite! The kitchen is well appointed with a large fridge/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, silverware, plates, etc. There's a great desk, and a table with 2 chairs...and the TV swivels to accommodate watching from the chairs or couch, and also the bed. The room was clean, the bathroom was large and had a great big countertop (bonus!). Water pressure was great. The breakfast was good too...lots of choices for cold meals - yogurt, fruit, cereal...or hot meal of waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage. I can only really think of 2 complaints - 1 was the mattress...lots of lumps! It definitely needed a new one - that would have been great. The second is the elevator carpets were in desperate need of replacement - worn and dirty....but overall, I'm still a fan and would stay here again."

"This place is super serene if your trying to get away from whatever your trying to get away from go here! This is one of the most calm and serene places I have ever been. Rooms are super bougie with a bougie price too that is the only downfall to me. If it were less expensive I would definetly come here more. My husband and I are not golfers but this is a golf resort. They do have a nice trail if that is what you are into. I would not recommend tennis shoes for these trails you need some good hiking boots it is pretty steep at times took us 1 hour 20 minutes to get through it we are in our 50's. The spa not sure why they charge double what I normally pay but I guess because they are a resort so they can I don't know. Was not able to use the hot tub or the sauna so not sure about 225 to 235 price tage for a massage hard to wrap my brain around that one. The food here is just alright nothing super special but we did try all restuarants pretty pricey and did not see any mexican food which is usually our favorite. But if you need a get away this place is it so quiet they do not allow regular cars near the little rooms which is so calm and really nice a golf cart with a driver will take you any place you need to go. We also went by the pool 1 day too. They also have pickleball which we did not get to try but next time we will do this. And they have tennis too but just for the no traffic noise and the quiet surroundings very worth giving yourself this luxury at least 1 time!"
