"We had an incredible stay. The ocean views from the property are amazing!!! Both pools were clean and the room was spacious. One pool with a slide is more for kids, the other pool is regular- great for swimming. We got lucky because there were no other guests while we stayed but even if more rooms would be occupied, it would be ok because there are plenty of lounge areas for guests. "Room was spacious and clean, the staff were super nice and helpful, from the doormen, front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff. The pool was clean, not crowded and fun for the kids. The Premium Lounge for snacks and refreshments available throughout the day was a nice surprise. Breakfast was good. It’s an older hotel, but generally well maintained, and the location is convenient, across from Bambu City Center mall. The Bambu City Center was also a meeting spot for our tour company, so that was very convenient. We had a great time in El Salvador and enjoyed our stay at the Barceló San Salvador. "
