"We couldn’t stay because the conditions of the hotel. Dirty, no electricity. Far parking lot at least 5 minutes walk under the very hot sun with all the luggage. The staff is very unprofessional. Super bad experience."

"The staff was amazing and very accommodating. The resort is geared more for couples and adults than families with young children, but the staff took the time to make sure my youngest felt welcomed. This resort is focused on longevity and wellness which is reflected in the menu at the restaurant. ..."
