Family stayed for over two weeks and it was such great location near restaurants and the beach. Our room was cleaned daily and the desk service was very helpful and attentive. Would definitely stay again and recommend for traveling families.

I traveled to PR for the 1st and solo and didn’t know what to expect but I can honestly say I have no complaints! Everything was walkable and if you had to uber everything was about 10 minutes drive away! Wonderful experience definitely coming back with my kids cause the pool area is amazing you can do the salt water pool or the regular water pool or just hang on the beach!

Stayed here for my birthday trip and had the best time. Room and property were clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and friendly. The pools and jacuzzi were clean. The staff at the Moon Bar were so great, I didn’t catch her name but the young lady there had amazing customer service. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Loved it so much I plan to stay again for my bday next year!

Horrible hotel dirty hotel has roaches dirty bed linens. AC doesn’t work. Did I mention roaches. Hotel staff recommends that you stay at a different hotel. Front desk Managers are Conniving and not helpful. Save your money and stay far away from the is HOTEL its old and has only one working elevator that took over 10 mins for it to come. Alex gave me the run around after being in 3 different room within two days. I was offered 2 days of breakfast for compensation for having a roaches in my bed. I will never recommend this place please read all comments before making a reservation here.

The rooms were terrible, curtains had rust marks on them, patio doors were marked with rust. Maids were terrible, one day she decided to make up one bed and leave the other one un made with dirty sheets on it, she hardle ever cleaned the bathrooms, called numerous times for extra towels and they never came. The only beautiful thing is the lobby, they make sure that looks amazing till you see the rooms. They offer no room service, and charge you daily to park your car in the garage. I would never had stayed there if i saw their rooms first. I complained about the room after day 2 and they gave me a new room, not much different to in that room either. Bathroom sink water pressure was very very weak. I was not happy staying at this facility especially because it was my wifes milestone birthday. My kids and wife were very unhappy with this hotel. I asked to speak to a manager on two different days and was told they were in meetings.

The hotel was very convenient and located near restaurants, shops, and pharmacies, all within walking distance. Its central location made it easy to get around. The place was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I stayed at the Condado Plaza Hotel back in 2013 and had a great experience, so despite some recent reviews, I decided to give it another try. Pros: The location is still a major highlight — it’s incredibly convenient. Distrito T-Mobile is less than a mile away, and Old San Juan is only a 7-minute drive. There are also several restaurants nearby, making dining out easy. I also have to mention that the beds were extremely comfortable, which made for restful nights. Cons: Unfortunately, the property seems to be in need of better upkeep. For the price, I expected it to be more well-maintained. The lobby still looks beautiful, but during my entire week-long stay, only one elevator was functioning — which was frustrating and surprising. The balcony in my room showed signs of serious wear, including rust, and just did not look like a place you wanted to sit and relax. The laundry room was also disappointing, with outdated machines and no detergent available for guests. Service was hit or miss — while some staff members were welcoming and helpful, others didn’t seem interested in assisting guests. Overall, the location and comfort are still strong points, but the hotel would really benefit from more consistent maintenance and customer service to match the price point.

I stayed in room 528. The ocean view and sound of the waves from the balcony were perfect. Beautiful to my eyes and perfect to my ears. The staff and house keepers were quick to accommodate my needs. One of the elevators was out of service but the service elevator was made available. The property will be under renovation soon, but I’d definitely stay again.
