The RB&B was nice, but not in a real good area to the left off the building was a liquid store and an alley with people hanging out. But the right side was a much better area we were able to walk to a nice restaurant around there. The other thing I didn't like is that the front door to get into the hallway wasn't lock. And someone lock it an around 1:30 a client was beating on the front door to let them in, and they did that for over an hour. Until someone from another room let them in. That to me is very dangerous because you don't know who is on the other side off that door. Last but not less before we left we were visited by a big roach. Other than all that everything was okay for an over night stay.

Our booking got switched to Ocean Park because of a scheduling issue, but our stay there was great. The Rosalina staff was just amazing in general. We loved the property, the amenities, everything was clean. The room was nice and we felt very at home. The A/C was always on, which I loved. Anytime we needed help from the staff they were always more than happy to help. Would definitely stay there again.

The air that carried over from the front door being opened and closed shut would cause pressure to the bedroom door. We can hear everyone coming in and out of the building all the way across the hall. We were the furthest ones away as well. That wasn't the biggest issue though. We had to book another room due to the fact that there was just no water in the room. Day 1 was low pressure. But day 2 there was no water at all, we had to book another room for day 2-3.

The room was really nice, no complaints there. They had a couple of good restaurants nearby but for the most part we traveled to other places to eat. The responses from the host was quick and they were extremely attentive. We got in early and they let us store our bag at their second location. The second location has a nice pool so we hung out there. The only con was the room was ready at 3, but they charged me an extra fee for checking in an extra hour early, unlike most hotels or airbnb that are more accommodating

Staff an d facilities were great. I must say, our flight got in really late, and to make the long story short we were tired and jet lagued when we got to the property. Upon arrival there was a situation with utilities in the area that had nothing to do with staff or the property. Regardless, they went way out of their way to help is out, acomodate us and make us feel welcome and apriciated within the situation. They actually helped us out with flying collors. Will recomend with 0 reservations.

We were upgraded to the Ocean Park location (sister property), so this is for that location. The room is as small but nice and had everything you need (even a steamer to get the wrinkles out of my shirt and a wine bottle opener). The common area with the two pools is very nice and relaxing. We enjoyed hanging out here while waiting to get on our cruise ship. All of our interactions with the staff was good and professional. Thanks!

I liked all the updates that were done to the property to make it look modern, but the area smelled gross and they did not provide enough towels or new linens. We stayed for 5 nights and requested more items, but did not hear from the property staff.

Nice hotel. Clean large and spacious room. Close to airport. We were a little nervous driving through the neighborhood to get here, but once inside I was very impressed. The building is locked down nicely and I felt safe. I would stay here again as it was very close to the airport.

The room was very small but had all of the amenities that a guest needs. There were even drinks provided in the mini refrigerator. The check in was smooth. There is parking directly in front of the property which was convenient. The area around the property was a bit run down but did not feel unsafe to walk to the beach during the day.

The property itself is great, modern and clean, well decorated. I needed assistance and the property management agent was helpful and friendly. Wonderful customer service. The routing on the GPS brought us through multiple low rent apartment neighborhood and a lot across from the property which was overgrown with weeds and dilapidated buildings. However I did not feel unsafe, the security was very good. A block away is a very nice upscale condo neighborhood with convenient stores and restaurants. I would stay here again.
