This property is dated. The pool area is nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast was average. Our first room had a humid, wet carpet smell. The Housekeeping mgr. came up and had us moved immediately. The 2nd room was great. Great location.

Our stay was excellent. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is new! I would totally stay here again! It’s also so convenient to Luquillo Beach and the kiosks. Bonus- the hotel will give you two beach chairs and an umbrella to take to beach too!!!

We stayed here because it was within walking distance of the Luquillo Kiosks. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is basically brand new so it was super clean. The only drawback is the price. Even though it fit all of our criteria, I'm not sure it was worth the price (especially since we didn't stay long enough to use the pool or use of the $25 lunch credit). Still have doubts about that...

This is a pretty and very new property with a huge pool space and is really a good choice for families. It’s across the street from the beach and right beside a small casino. The kiosks are just down the street. There are a lot of add ons (mandatory)to your bill making our room of 229.00 into a 300. per night. We ate in the restaurant and both had fish tacos, very good. Staff was welcoming and friendly.

Enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Pool area nice, just never any towels available. Also hard to get beach chairs offered from hotel to beach. 9:01am none available. Would recommend this hotel to others.

I did not give a 5 for two reasons.. 1. I Went down for breakfast at 9:15AM and there was no more food for breakfast. 2. The maids bang on your door at 9AM even though you are staying multiple days. I was woken up 2XS and my stay was multiple days.

The hotel and casino area are super great! I enjoyed my stay and the hotel staff is the best. Security inside the property is great, security gate for parking and access. Outside the gate there's some shopping,but not much on the dinning. The hotel has a restaurant available. The view of El Yunque is perfect. Luquillo Beach & surrounding area, not so great. Fajardo Beaches are under repair, The light House is closed. Hoping the area improves in the future. It's got great potential. I am Puerto Rican, living in the mainland. I highly recommend Fairfield by Marriott in Luquillo. Is the best affordable hotel for the area.

A/C was super loud and room was humid, parking was a rip off. Resort fees charged daily, no actual restaurant in hotel besides bar food. Staff forgot to call me when requested wake-up call. Not worth the arm and leg they charged

The free breakfast was poor and the last morning the service was closed 1 hour bef. sched. time. Dinner was awful in quality & too expensive. Charge for parking absurd. Tried to charge us more than amt. agreed to with Expedia.

The chives of food were limited,the burgers were undercooked. I really was disappointed when we inquired about shuttle service from airport we were given local cab company. Two days into our visit we again inquired and were directed to local shuttle. The 80 dollar cost could have been saved. Loved the casino and the food there was a step up.Hopefully with more time and seasoned staff , an improvement will be seen. Having said all that we still will recommend it.

Majority of staff was extremely nice and helpful except Stephanie in guest services at the front desk. She should definitely not be in the front. Good at hotel and drinks are amazing very clean. And in walking distance of beach that has tons of restaurants.
