Received a call from the hotel 30 mins prior to arrival saying they were overbooked. When we arrived they were able to accommodate us with another room with a roll away bed for our daughter. They were very friendly and apologetic location is great, right on the beach. It is very loud at night since it is very close to the bars. If you are looking for locations it is fantastic, if your looking for quiet it might not be for you. Breakfast was a full breakfast off the menu which was great.

The hotel and grounds are absolutely gorgeous. The place is clean and well cared for. I especially love how close it is to downtown to be able to walk around, and it is just far enough away to be extremely quiet.

Beautiful old building overlooking the ocean. The staff was great. They were extremely polite and helpful. The only issue for us was the noise during the night. There were some loud guests in the hallway and It sounded like someone was drilling above us until midnight. We had to get up at 5 so it ended up being a short night of sleep.
